Hours: Open Friday after Thanksgiving Day 10am to 6:00pm

Open days thereafter: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 4pm-6pm, Saturdays 10am-6pm, Sundays 1pm-6pm NO activities on weekdays but Gift Shop is open. Closes for the season the 3rd Sunday in December at 6pm.

Directions: Plantation east of Dallas, TX. Take I-30 east to exit 77B at Royse Cit. Take Hwy. 35 south 8 miles to Hwy. 276, take 276 east for 4 miles. Plantation is on the left. YP and Google maps may note Hwy 276 as Main Street, Quinlan. Look for signs on the fence lines and main entrance.

Choose & Harvest: Virginia Pines, Leyland and Arizona Cypress in the fields, fresh wreaths and garland. All trees are wrapped for transport. Saws & twine are provided. Worker elves can help you select the proper tree stand. Tree Care instructions provided.*Remember the plantation is a country place so wear appropriate shoes & clothing.

Features: Picinic area, fun games in the Pavilion, mini wheeled train ride, and hay ride. Mrs. Claus presents Cookies and Story time at 1pm every open Saturday. Use cash or credit cards: MC, Visa, Discover, Am Ex
Please bring canned food items for the Salvation Army Christmas Food Drive. Thank you, Mrs. Claus.

We open under CDC National, State and Local guidance by regulating entrance, social distancing, and requesting customers to wear a mask. Customers can schedule an appointment on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays after opening weekend from 3:00 to 6:00. Workers will be trained to help keep distancing during all visits. We reserve the right to deny entrance and service to anyone displaying signs of illness or not following farm guidelines. Some activities may not be open due to close interaction.
